With Marvel's Spider-Man introducing Miles Morales and Venom, it is possible that Insomniac may decide to add more Spider-people into the story. Marvel's Spider-Man hasn't introduced Gwen Stacy or Silk yet, who are two possible contenders to be featured in the sequel game. Along with those two, Ben Reilly and Spider-Woman could make an appearance in future installments. Another spider-person who could be added to the game is one who was already introduced in the game's canon: Blood Spider.
The critically acclaimed Marvel's Spider-Man has given fans a universe sprawling with endless possibilities. The first game developed a good basis for future installments, with Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales continuing the story. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is set to introduce villains like Venom, ominously appeared in end credits scenes for both games.
